Hence, one operator - the case in point is the Ukrainian National Lottery (UNL), the company with 100% foreign investments - may "borrow" with impunity the name and formula of new lottery: "Superloto", which legitimately belong to the game founder, namely MSL. It may on its own initiative take for its own the status "national", although its deductions for the state budget are two times less than deductions of the MSL. It may conceal itself behind the back of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine by printing on its tickets the warrantee of this body. It may stop broadcasting of the state lottery "Megalot" at the First National TV Channel (UT-1) occupying the place of the latter, thanks to silent support (and not solely) of some people deputies and state officials.

- We have repeatedly appealed to our competitor with the proposal to take good-enough solution of this conflict - tells Mr. Georgiy Lozhenko. - We have even changed the name of a new game for "Megalot", although all rights for carrying out the numerical lottery "Superloto" belong exactly to the MSL and are protected in accordance with the requirements of the Ukrainian legislation on intellectual property.

- But all our attempts to come to the civilized determination - underlines the Director General - have been proved to be vain. We can not imagine, how could the company which represents foreign capital interests put out tooth-and-nail a true domestic operator and dictate its personal conditions in the independent country
