Domestic history of state lotteries - is the history of formation and development "Molod'sportloto". The oldest in Ukraine and the greatest lottery operator the MSL is a successor of the best traditions of "Sportloto" of the USSR, has been present in the lottery market for 34 years and continue to be a leader of the lottery matters in Ukraine



The present time for the Operator of state lotteries MSL means:

1. 31 representative office in all regions of Ukraine;
2. more that 1500 permanent points of the proper distributive net;
3. thousands of mobile points
4. and, primarily, 26 state lotteries, halving each of them the license of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine.

The principles on which Operator of state lotteries MSL based and continue basing its work remain permanent. They are simple and intelligible for everybody: respect to a player, succession of traditions, tendency to the future. For millions players the most happy life moments, full of passion, heat and triumph of victory are connected with lottery.

Today the MSL is carrying out 26 lotteries. It is the whole spectrum of entertainments for lottery fortune hunter: instant, numerical, bingo and internet lotteries.

The main brand is "Loto-Zabava" - the game for the whole family; television drawing of the very popular housing lottery "KTO NAM"; the lottery "Megalot" which has been descended from "Ukrainian Sportloto" - the game for players with analytic mind; and "Sportprognoz" for a men who like and well know football. In accordance with the Ukrainian legislation on state lotteries not less (and sometimes more) than 50% of the gains received from lotteries go to the lottery payout. 30% of this sum are deducted for the state budget. That is why our winnings are free from taxation.

In its activity the MSL cooperates with well-known foreign and domestic companies, uses high-tech equipment.

Since 1993 it is part of the European Association of state and TOTO lotteries, which unites lottery companies of European countries, Israel and some countries of CIS.
